It implied that the bar for a dignified Christmas has fallen so low that survival itself is now marketed as affordability.<\/p>\n
The problem with the \u201c\u20b1500 Noche Buena\u201d is not arithmetic. It is symbolism. It is the image of a government proudly holding up a malnourished basket and calling it prosperity.
